With more than 20 years of experience in accounting, Jen Zappa has built a strong foundation across a variety of financial and accounting roles. Her diverse background allows her to bring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail to every client she serves.
As a member of the 3 Lakes Bookkeeping team, Jen is committed to ensuring each client's financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date. She enjoys helping businesses maintain healthy financials so owners can make informed decisions and focus on growing their businesses.
Outside of work, Jen's favorite colors are olive green and burgundy—a small reflection of her appreciation for classic, timeless style.

Natalie Mark, Bookkeeper
Natalie Mark is dedicated to helping businesses maintain accurate and organized financial records. She enjoys resolving accounting challenges, identifying discrepancies, and providing thoughtful solutions to ensure financial information is reliable and useful for decision-making.
Before joining the firm, Natalie spent three years in public accounting within the tax sector and holds an active CPA license. She graduated from UW–Oshkosh with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. She brings valuable experience in tax and accounting services, with a strong interest in supporting small businesses and helping them better understand their financial information.
Natalie values attention to detail, problem-solving, and building strong relationships with both clients and team members. She enjoys working through complex accounting details to bring clarity to financial records.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Apollo. They love spending time on their farm and staying active outdoors.
As Natasha’s executive assistant, I work behind the scenes to help keep 3 Lakes Bookkeeping organized and running smoothly. I assist Natasha with administrative projects, scheduling, planning, and the many details that support the day-to-day operations of the business.
I enjoy creating order, solving problems, and helping Natasha stay focused on serving her clients and growing 3 Lakes Bookkeeping. I am proud to be part of a team that values collaboration, accuracy, and providing dependable support to business owners.
